This
style works better on Bobs that are chin length or longer.
1.
Set hair in hot rollers.
2. Take rollers out, and pull out a small bang area, and a
few tendrils at back. 3. Brush up the side, but do not remove
the curl on end.
4. Repeat on opposite side, bringing the ends up to the first
section.
5. Add a clip to secure hair (you might want to add some Bobbi
Pins to secure.
6. Separate bang area, with a small section on each side of
face.

Mid-hair
length is good for this style.
1.
Pull all of your hair straight up into a pony tail, smooth
out sides before securing.
2. Pull out a few strands on the side.
3. Take small sections from the pony tail and turn ends under
with a small barreled curling iron. Work all the way around
and do not forget to use a hard hold hair spray, pins if needed.

This
look is good with longer blunt or long layered hair.
1.
Set hair in rollers to get body and volume.
2. Section out bangs, and then take a section from the opposite
side. Bring it across your head, and tie knot at the ends
and pin in place.
3. Take a section above your ear and repeat, placing tied
ends right at the crown.
4. Repeat at the back and sides, make sure knots do not stick
up to high, unless you like that type of look.

If
you have mid length hair, styling an updo with barrel curls
is easy.
1.
Use a large barreled curling iron. Mist on a little hair spray
before curling each barrel. Don't forget to pull out a couple
of tendrils at front before you start (per picture)
2. Start at the front hairline, take an angled section and
set the section on the curling iron for about 10 secs.
3. Direct front sections back and the sides up in the same
manner. Continue making curls on the angled partings and pin
into place.
4. In the back pin curls up, not under and then pin.

If
you have mid length hair, styling an updo with barrel curls
is easy.
1.
Part the hair asymmetrically.
2. Take the heavy side and brush it straight back. Roll inward
and secure in place at the seam.
3. Direct the lighter side up and back, roll inward and tuck
up against the previous seam, pinning hair in place.
4. Line the seam with faux curls. Twist and pin them in place
to conceal any gap between the two sides.
