Each Wig will have "Available Colors", "Available Sizes", the price, and quantity. After viewing and selecting which Wig you would like to purchase, you will only have to choose and add what color you desire. Each Wig or Page will have a "Color Chart " on it. View the color chart and take note of the color code. Select your color code in the "Available Colors" drop down menu.

You are now ready to add your item to the Shopping Cart.

The contents of your shopping cart will be viewed. Your item(s) that you have selected will be listed. If you decide you do not want the item that appears in your shopping cart, click on the REMOVE button. If you want to change the color, you must remove the item then press the browser back button then choose a new color and then click the "Add Item" button. You will also see 'Shipping Options" at the bottom of your shopping cart. You also have the option to 'Continue Shopping' and add more items to your 'Shopping Cart' if you wish. If everything is okay click on "Go To Checkout"

This will be the 'PAYMENT INFORMATION' page. Add your information. Be sure to put in Long Form in State or Province Box ex. Wyoming. In the 'Expiry Date' Box, put in month and year only. e.g.. 09/03 (September 2003). CLICK ON

The 'CONFIRM ORDER' page will appear. Here you can double check all your info. before sending. At the bottom of the page be sure to Click a Country in the CHOOSE A SHIPPING METHOD box. Then CLICK ON

A confirmation page will come up and you will be e-mailed another confirmation page for the Credit Card Transaction and then we will personally send an e-mail with details.

Please remember U.S. customers will be charged in Canadian dollars and the
conversion will take place on your Credit Card. The exact charge will vary from day to day as the daily markets dictate the exact charge. Could be a little lower or a little higher.

Checks and Mail- in
We accept checks with 2 pieces of Identification (with your Visa #'s & Driver's License #'s ), you can send information on order 'Online' but we can not send order until we receive your check in the mail.

Orders are generally shipped within two working days.

Sales Tax: Ontario Residents will be charged 15% sales tax.
( 7% G.S.T. + 8 % P.S.T.)
All other Provinces will be charged G.S.T. only.

The United States......NO TAXES

U.S. Orders (within the Continental US) will be shipped via UPS or Bestway Ground. Shipping is determined on a flat rate. You should receive your order within 5-7 working days.

Outside the Continental Canada & U.S. you will billed for actual air mail shipping charges. (Usually 2-4 week delivery.)

You Can always request an Accelerated method upon request. Please e-mail so we can advise you of exact shipping charges on your particular method of Faster Shipping before Ordering.
